Maselli Suspension S.r.l.
Maselli S.r.l., based in Via Vandino 41/A, 40050 Castello di Serravalle (BO), Italy, provides this policy in compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Italian Consumer Code”).
1. No Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products
Pursuant to Article 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Most Maselli Suspension products — such as shock absorbers, cartridges, and forks — are specifically designed and configured for individual motorcycle models, often based on the customer’s explicit request.
As such, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these personalized items once production or customization has started.
2. Non-Conformity or Defective Products
Without prejudice to the above, Maselli Suspension guarantees the conformity of goods as required by Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code.
If you receive a defective or non-compliant product, you must notify us in writing within 7 (seven) working days from delivery by emailing info@masellisuspension.it, including:

Order number and date

Detailed description of the issue

Photographic documentation of the product and packaging
We reserve the right to inspect the goods before confirming any return or refund.
3. Remedies
If a defect is confirmed, Maselli Suspension will, at its sole discretion:

repair the product,

replace it with an equivalent item,

or issue a full or partial refund.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Maselli Suspension only in cases of verified defect or non-conformity. In all other cases, return costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Products Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Products that have been installed, used, damaged, or modified after delivery

Items incorrectly ordered by the customer

Custom-made or personalized components
